INTECHNA operates its own serial production and assembly facility for plastic parts, focused on stable industrial output and long-term projects.
Production capacities are equipped with modern robotic injection molding machines optimized for high-precision technical and housing plastic parts with strict requirements for geometry, surface quality, and parameter repeatability.
Injection molding machines are integrated into automated production lines and equipped with peripheral systems providing full control of the technological process, including:
- Precise thermal stabilization and mold temperature control.
- Polymer material preparation and drying according to specific formulations.
- Automatic dosing of colorants and additives to ensure color and material consistency.
- Centralized control of hot runner systems.
This configuration allows INTECHNA to maintain stable process conditions, minimize human factor influence, and ensure high repeatability in serial production.
Additionally, the workshop includes assembly areas, enabling comprehensive projects — from molding individual components to producing finished assemblies and products. This allows customers to reduce the number of contractors, optimize logistics, and improve process controllability.
As a result, INTECHNA clients receive not just manufactured parts, but a reliable serial production system ready for scaling and compliant with EU market requirements.
